Approved status
Hammersmith Management College (HMC) is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) for Independent Further and Higher education. HMC is an A-rated licenced Education Sponsor as per the New Point Based System introduced by the UK BA. HMC was founded by a consortium of accounting and IT professionals, incorporated as Zaksal Ltd.

Background
Hammersmith Management College (HMC) occupied the premises in September 2003. The College currently has over two 350 students registered on various courses and has the capacity to enrol in excess of 350 students per academic year. In the coming year we plan to expand by promoting courses in the UK and overseas markets, upgrading accreditations and widening our curriculum to include graduate and undergraduate programmes, as well as short courses.

This will enable them to confidently meet the challenges of their professional careers

Location
The College is situated in the West London area of Hammersmith, London. It is accessible both by means of buses and underground. HMC is barely five minute walk from Hammersmith under ground stations, served by District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City lines.

Premises and facilities
The College has an extensive academic staff and administration services. The average number of employees is 12. College students are provided with an internet access as well as a small reference library. A room is allocated to all students for private study purposes. Academic clinic is held at the end of every month to provide course guidance and career advice to the students. Guidance is given to facilitate and support student life and progress whilst at College. A tea and coffee facility is available in the catering area.

Curriculum
The College is currently providing professional courses in the areas of Accountancy & Finance, Business Management, Marketing, HR, IT and Tourism and Hospitality.

Markets
The College has a mix of international and Home students. Our international market extends over the Asian and African continents as well as parts of Europe and Latin America. We currently have our own recruitment offices in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Pakistan. In view of the substantial market that exists at home and overseas for our professional courses, the College is prepared to extend the network to various parts of foreign markets.
