Issue of CASs
You should inform the college of the outcome of VISA application(s) as soon as it becomes known. The relevant information should be emailed to admissions@hmclondon.com.
Penalties listed below are in addition to our non-refundable amount of £200 per application.
The College will impose a penalty of £500 on a student where reason for refusal involves a submission of non-genuine document in a previous application. This amount will be deducted from student fee deposit.
The College has a facility to run ‘fraud checks’ on overseas qualifications. A penalty of £500 will be imposed if a student has submitted fake documents to College and or High Commission. This amount will be deducted from the student fee deposit.
It is the ultimate responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she has the desired financial documentation (in the appropriate format) at the time of filing VISA application with the High Commission. You are held responsible for refusals where 10 points have NOT been granted and £250 will be deducted from the fee deposit.
